All original artwork created by the artist remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. The artist reserves the right to photograph and display completed alters for portfolio, website, and social media use.
Commission Process

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a commission slot.

Artistic Discretion
By commissioning an alter, you acknowledge that:

Minor variations in color, linework, or detail are part of the handmade process

Exact replication of other artwork or copyrighted characters is not guaranteed
Requests that violate copyright or artistic standards may be declined.
Tournament Legality Disclaimer
Altered cards may not be legal for tournament play. Legality is determined at the sole discretion of the event’s head judge. This business does not guarantee tournament legality and is not responsible for rulings made by judges or event organizers.
Customer-Supplied Cards
If you choose to send your own card:

You are responsible for packaging and shipping it safely

The artist is not responsible for loss or damage during transit to the artist

Pre-existing wear or damage is not the responsibility of the artist
