Processing Time
All altered cards are custom, hand-painted items. Processing time varies based on the complexity of the alter and current commission volume. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before work begins and do not include shipping time.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (when applicable).
Shipping From the Artist to You
Finished cards are shipped securely in protective sleeves and rigid packaging to minimize damage during transit.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted during commission approval.
Shipping Cards to the Artist
If you are sending your own card to be altered:

You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping your card to me.

I strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

I am not responsible for cards lost or damaged in transit to me.
Please do not send cards without prior approval or commission confirmation.
Insurance & Lost Packages

Insurance is optional but highly recommended for high-value cards.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
