Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All altered cards are custom, hand-painted works of art. Due to the personalized nature of each order, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not accepted once work has begun.

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • A deposit secures your commission slot and covers time spent on planning, materials, and preparation.

  • If a commission is canceled by the customer after approval, the deposit will not be returned.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before work begins for a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable deposit).

  • Once painting or altering has started, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Damage During Shipping

If your altered card arrives damaged:

  • You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the card and packaging are required

  • Each case will be reviewed individually

If damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, a refund or partial refund may be issued at my discretion.

Lost Packages

I am not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost packages without insurance

Insurance is strongly recommended for high-value cards.

Customer-Supplied Cards

If you send your own card to be altered:

  • I am not responsible for damage or loss during transit to me

  • I am not responsible for pre-existing damage to the card

Satisfaction & Artistic Style

By commissioning an alter, you acknowledge that:

  • Artistic interpretation is subjective

  • Minor variations from reference images are part of the creative process

Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste or artistic preference once the work is completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Tournament legality concerns

  • Changes of mind after completion

  • Address errors provided by the customer

  • Wear from play or improper storage
